In no event shall IWEC be liable for any loss or damage caused or allegedly caused (directly or indirectly) by the use of this software. IWEC does not warranty that the information and results obtained from the software will meet your requirements or that operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. The user assumes responsibility for using the software and verifying that the results obtained from the software are suitable for actual fabrication or for their specific needs. IWEC strongly recommends to use the software with the applicable welding code, specifications or contract requirements.

USE RESTRICTIONS SOFTWARE is licensed only to you and may not be transferred to anyone else. By completing your purchase of the WPS-Designer GPS Software, you agree and accept that once you install the software you have 15 DAYS to DEACTIVATE it and request a PARTIAL refund. After 15 DAYS all sales are final, and you are NOT entitled to a refund. After 15 DAYS all sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Prior to ordering, please make sure you have carefully read and understood the Software capabilities, features, and limitations. If you are not sure about Software capabilities and limitations, or have questions about its features, please contact us.

PARTIAL refund. To cover activation & protection costs of software and administrative costs, the partial refund is 70 % of the selling price.
